His innovative leadership has always been centered around creating more accessible and practical solutions, shaping his commitment to revolutionizing senior care.

David’s career spans impressive executive leadership roles, including CTO and COO at XWELL (NASDAQ: XWEL), where he drove significant digital transformation initiatives. His healthcare technology expertise was further developed as CTO at ZoomCare, where he pioneered innovative telehealth solutions, including the first-ever text-based care platform.
During his 5+ years at Nike, David transformed NikeID from a limited in-store offering to robust omni-channel experiences, resulting in a 170% increase in sales in just two years. His early career included progressive leadership positions at Kroger, where he built the foundation for Kroger’s digital commerce offerings and consumer-facing applications.
David has been responsible for over $500M in incremental revenue throughout his career and has successfully led global teams of up to 1,200. He’s optimized underperforming tech teams and provided strategic guidance to CEO’s and PE firms. He has invested in or bootstrapped multiple startups and advised countless others. Most recently, he worked on developing AI technologies to develop innovative solutions for predicting health outcomes.
Dave is an avid outdoor enthusiast and skier. He is originally from Wayne, NJ, and currently resides in the Pacific Northwest with his wife and two kids.

As president and COO of Livmor in New York, she brings a wealth of expertise in organizational leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence.
As the former President and CEO of Vital Decisions (later acquired by Evolent Health), Leah dedicated over a decade to improving the quality of life for seniors facing advanced illness. Her 13-year tenure at the company was marked by significant growth and transformation while maintaining an unwavering dedication to compassionate healthcare delivery.
Leah joined Livmor to continue her mission of making healthcare more accessible and transforming the healthcare experience for seniors.
